What do I get with a 2R photo strip?+
Every 2R strip design comes as a pair: two identical 2 x 6 inch strips printed on real glossy photo paper, the same paper and printer we use at our photo booths. Keep one, give one to your bestie.
Can I use photos from my phone gallery?+
Yes. Upload from your gallery or snap new photos with your camera right on the design page. You can zoom, move, rotate and add a filter to every photo before you order.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free in Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan there's a small delivery charge, shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. You can also collect your order for free at one of our Open Days.
How long until I get my prints?+
We print within 3 working days of payment, then ship with tracking. Peninsular deliveries usually arrive 2 to 4 working days after shipping, East Malaysia 4 to 7. For Open Day pickup, your prints will be ready at the event you choose.
Do I need an account?+
No password needed. At checkout we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your email address. That's your account: use the same email any time to see your orders.
How do I pay?+
Payments go through HitPay, a licensed payment gateway. You can pay with FPX online banking, cards, e-wallets and more. We never see or store your card details.
Are my photos private?+
Your photos stay on your phone while you design. Only the final print file is uploaded when you check out, stored privately, and only our print team can open it. We delete it after your order is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. If printing hasn't started we can help with changes or a refund.
What if my prints arrive damaged?+
Send us a photo of the damaged prints and the parcel on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint them for free.
