Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on shop.kotaklensa.com ("the Shop"), run by Kotak Lensa.

Your photos

You confirm you own, or have permission to print, every photo you upload or capture. We won't print content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or that infringes someone else's rights, and may cancel and refund such orders.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount shown at checkout is final. Payment is processed by HitPay; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Printing and delivery

• We print what you see in the preview. Small colour differences between screens and photo paper are normal.
• 2R designs print as a pair of identical strips.
• Delivery is free in Peninsular Malaysia. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan orders include a delivery charge shown at checkout.
• Open Day pickup orders can be collected at the event you chose. Uncollected orders are kept for 30 days; contact us to arrange delivery.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Because every order is personalised, we can only cancel or change an order before printing starts. If your prints arrive damaged or with a printing fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint them free of charge.
